First off I'd like to dedicate this post to Prince. He was such an inspirations to me pewrsonally as well as to countless others. You will be missed. Chapter two brought understanding to a subject I always found so challenging: Electonics. Electricity to be more specific. Ohms, voltage, current, all the things I forgot from science class in high school I now understand in a practical way. This week in the studio I engineered for some country songs being produced in house. I used the UA 1073 plug-in on the guitar and vocals which sound great, and needed very minimal equal on either. Both were recorded with an AKG 414.
