I learned some different types and ways microphones work that I had never learned from past musician experience, as well as brushing over and re-defining knowledge that I had. It was interesting finding out the different polor patterns that I didnt know existed, and VERY cool that it showed me different models of microphones in the real world that I can apply in certain situations.
