Daniel Snyder — Winston-Salem Recording Connection
I've always felt that music was what I was meant to do in life. I've been extremely fortunate to be surrounded by people who have helped and supported me in ways I could have never imagined. I began playing drums at age 7, taking an interest in jazz after hearing the Max Roach vs. Buddy Rich album. I played in band all throughout school, while also playing in a local band for 3 years during high school. I started playing shows around 14, and began to take an interest in audio engineering after I experienced my first live recording. After I graduated high school, I spent a few years working, still continuing to make music in my spare time. I enrolled into the Recording Connection's Audio Engineering Program in December of 2011. I'm currently interning at Sound Lab Recording Studios in Greensboro, NC under Thomas Rowan. It has been an unbelivable experience and an honor to learn under such an accomplished engineer like Tom. I am currently working on multiple projects as an artist, while keeping my main focus on engineering and school. My goal in life is to make the best music I'm possibly capable of, to break barriers, and make a significant impact on the audio engineering world. Music is a universal language, and its an honor to take part in making that language.
