Shon Heersink is a twenty year veteran in the music industry.   He is a classically trained pianist, with a bachelors in piano performance, and 68 graduate hours in piano performance and instrumental music education.   He has recorded keys on several albums.

Shon is now living in Akron Ohio, and is in the Audio Engineering program at Lava Recording Studios in Cleveland, and The Recording Institute.    He also is a piano accompanist for Kent State University’s music department and is teaching privately.  During breaks, Shon has enjoyed hiking the Cuyahoga Park, and exploring the Akron area.

Shon has several current projects in composition and music production, and has been enjoying the program at Lava Recording Studios.   He is excited about Audio Engineering, and enjoys helping musicians sound their absolute best.
