Hey, everyone! What\'s up?
I\'m Ensley Peters! I\'m a chill guy and I love music! I am a left handed guitar, bass, percussion, and brass player. I have a large background in music, as I have studied it at Somerset High School, Campbellsville University, and now at Nitro Sonic Studios in Lexington. As a result, I have studied musical genres like orchestral, jazz, marching (yes, I count it. Have you seen some of the stuff those guys do?), hip-hop, country, metal, and rock. I primarily focus on rock and jazz music, even creating fusions of the two in my own music.
I love many aspects of music, and I guess that\'s why I have gravitated towards the studio. I enjoy playing, writing, and teaching music. In the studio as a producer/sound engineer, I get to incorporate those aspects into my day-to-day routines on the job. In my time as an independent artist, producer, and sound engineer around my local area, I\'ve gotten to help other musicians create albums and better understand how music works in regards to theory. I also like to work part-time as a general tech, doing temporary fixes on instruments for schools and independent musicians until they either have time to send if off or have the money to professionally fix them. When I make a career out of this passion, I hope to continue doing all the same!
Where can I see myself in 5 years? I\'d like to imagine that I am in some kind of studio or a venue as the \"sound guy\" and even working on my own music. That\'s the plan, but I trust in God and I\'m willing to go where he leads me in this walk (I\'m not intending to pressure religion on anyone saying that).
I\'m just now starting to play in the big leagues, so bare with me, please. You can see from my networking section, I don\'t have much established. However, over the next few months, I hope to have developed more channels and accounts for anyone to follow. As you can see, though, I do have a few websites devoted to promoting my work and sharing with the world my music (recordings, ideology, etc). I have an Instagram and Twitter to keep you guys updated on my actions. The Tumblr account that is currently taking up my website bar is for all sorts of blogging. There, I do big updates, gear reviews, \"in my opinions,\" helpful tips and tricks for beginners, and other music concepts. Please, if you would like to know more, go check out those websites and keep looking on my RRFC student page for when I add more accounts!
Thanks for stopping by and rock on!
