Now that most of the basics have been covered, I definitely feel like I'm at that point where everything is going to pick up speed.  In addition to downloading ProTools and going over some of the basic functions/shortcuts, I finally completed my home studio setup!  Everything I bought works perfectly, and I can't wait to start using all my new equipment with ProTools!  Due to Justin's suggestions, I ended up buying a pair of ADAM Audio F5 studio monitors--and I am absolutely thrilled with their sound quality!  The F5's are definitely two of the smartest purchases I've ever made.  I'm really looking forward to diving even deeper into ProTools!!
