In this session my mentor and i went over the quiz and then went through the chapter. After the A room was free my mentor and I went to go look at actual mics. There were a ton of them and he showed me everyone of them. We went through each mic and their polar patterns. Some could switch between 3 or 4 different patterns which was awesome now that i understand what each does. When we were done looking at mics my mentor show me which mic goes to which instrument and what he wouldnt or would use. 

Once we got through chapter stuff i hooked up a mic patched through the patch bay turned on a pre amp and record enabled through Pro TooLs. 2 hours flew by and i went home ready for the next chapter.
