On Tuesday, we'll be setting up the studio for acclaimed engineer/producer Brian Virtue (30 Seconds To Mars). I am very excited any time we have someone who has had a lot of success in the music industry, not only to pick their brain a little bit but also because I can listen to some things they've already done. This gives me a solid frame of reference for what they're doing in our studio. I have been listening to as much of Brian Virtue's work as I can since a week ago when I found out he'd booked 5 days at 5th Street Studios. His records sound PRISTINE! I am so excited to watch him work and I will surely be taking notes until my hands bleed. It is a very exciting week and every minute I'm not at work, I'll be at the studio watching him work.
