Lesson 3 Digital Audio Posted on 2014-07-21 by Jordan Robertson

In this lesson I learned about working with digital audio matching sample rates with imported sessions a client may send it. As well as the memory an storage capacity of an audio CD an digital recording audio, based are the sample rate recorded for example a 16 bit recording would used about 10MB of memory per 1 minute of audio where as recording 24 tracks simultaneously at 32 bit/192k will use about 1GB a mintue. We also talk about the history of samplers an synthsizer, a pretty fun lesson.
