The Journey Begins! Posted on 2016-05-28 by Robert Cargile

Today is the Saturday of the first week of my RRFC career! I have been learning at The Sound of Birmingham here in Birmingham, Alabama for two days. This blog is coming a few days late, because I made a terrible mistake, and spilled Java Monster on my main computer.. Fortunately, I found an old lap top of mine, and I am writing this post after my second lesson! My first lesson was of course on the mechanics and physical properties of sound. I learned about all of sounds habits and interactions within our world. It was a lot of review from my senior year, which was only a week ago since i concluded my senior year of highschool, and  the material of chapter one was pretty standard and easy to digest. Chapter two dealt with the behaviors and mechanics of electricity. Once again, just some brushing up on some material i learned in physics class. Next week i learn about Digital Audio. I am excited for this chapter because it will contain material that i am not relearning and being regurgitated at me. So far, this course is keeping all of it's promises and I feel totally confident in the course, and my mentor in teaching me the skills i need to be a competent and adroit engineer! I'll make sure to keep this blog up to date with my career, and all of my future sessions.
