On today my mentor and I went over the Mastering Assignment in which  I chose Run Run Run  a Reggae song. After hearing my rough draft my mentor said it was ok but that I can make it sound even better. So he had me download the song on his USB drive, once  that was done he showed me along with classmate Daniel a quick run through of mixing the track. While mixing my Mentor explained how when mixing Reggae you have to make it live, and that you have to get into what you're mixing you have to feel it. My mentor also showed me how to bounce the track as well. I'm currently working on my Final Assignment to make it sound radio ready, using my mentor's mix as a reference track.
