I finally have Pro Tools!!!!!!!!! I have now completed everything up to and including chapter 9. Chapter 9 was packed with info about all the Pro Tools basics so I spent quite some time on it simply going back and reviewing all the sections so I know all of the basics and won't get confused later on. I have been playing around with Pro Tools a bit now as well and I love it. In the past I have used Logic Pro X so it's been a bit of a struggle to unlearn all of the key commands for that program and then relearn them for Pro Tools but I'm getting there! I'm going to be getting some audio files online somewhere so I can just play around with them in Pro Tools because for me I learn well by just experimenting and doing stuff in the program just to find out things by myself and immediatly use the stuff learned in the chapters so it stays in my head. It's been a busy week this last week at the studio as we had to update to Pro Tools 12 and then also update some of the plufins that Doug owns. I'm really excited for the chapters coming up becuase I feel like I'm going to start to learn a lot!
