Chapter 3 covered alot of info on different recording uses and different formats we used in the 90s up until current. what I thought was most interesting was learning about the first sequencers and synthesizers ever created and how sequencers/synthesizers/samplers have helped evolve and shape music into the mold that it is today. I always wondered what are zip files and why is zipping files better than using lossless, but now i have a better understanding of how both work. Overall there was alot of interesting bits of info in this chapter. On to chapter 4!
