Seeing that I grew up in a time where digital audio was already becoming the norm this is all I have alot of knowledge of. Besides the soon to become obsilite casset tape, I grew up listening to CDs in my mothers 500 disk changer and early mp3s on my father's computer. What I found amazing was the fact that basically an early DAW exsisted in the late 70s even though its technically just a "sampler". Using a stylus and touch screen made it even more ahead of its time.
