Week 3 at Strawberry Skys was awesome. We discuss the difference between anolog and digital audio. After attending the studio this week; I now understand what a sample rate is. A sample rate is basically how many pictures are taking per second of a peice of audio. I also understand that the sample rate should be 44.1KHz for consumer audio. A bit rate is how big the picture is. In pro tools or other DAW's; the bit rate should be set to 16 bits or 24 bits to accomadate the consumer of your audio project. I will be helping out with my first session on May 18th. Yes, I am very excited about this live studio session. This will allow for even more hands on in which I learn best.
