Today I started the program. First we went over the introduction part of the e-book and discussed things like studio conduct and the atmosphere of a recording session. Matt told me the specifics of how a session would look and the way i would need to act if i were sitting in or helping with a band. After that we did some things around the studio like roling cords, setting up and tearing down micophones and organizing some things. I feel that i have a pretty good grasp on how to handle equiptment and microphones and such. We'll dive into the first chapter on Friday. Lookin forward to it!
