Part 1 of lesson 2

Lesson 2 was a mind openeing lesson. The reason why is because I never knew that electricity had to travel through all kinds of towers & lines. I knew electricity came from power plants but didnt know it traveled through two substations. Also learning in the studio & having David show me which device was used for analog current helped me remeber it quicker since he explained it so well. Electricity is some intersting stuff man

Part 2 of lesson 2

This was a really dope lesson, Got to see my first ever Recording session. A Hip-Hop artist (drez) came in & layed down some tracks. He was a cool guy & had some really good composed lyrics & chourses, overall had the talent. On the other hand I saw david do his thing & compose & mix. master splinter was in his zone & although he was I didn't want to hold back from asking questions so I asked him what he was doing while he was cutting out, Duplicating & brining in plug ins. David being the chill dude that he is answered all my questions & helped me get a better understanding on what he was doing to the song. This literally helped so much on seeing how mastering & mixing works, it was a great image on what I picked up but I learned a lot more seeing it in person than reading it in a book. This was a cool first time experiecne & I'm positive it wont be the last, just the beggining. I also took some pics.
