when i arrived to the studio. my instructor brian made it clear that he wanted me to learn how to correctly match the amps 

and speakers. i did not know the importance of this until he showed me how to match them.

would i have not know this information i would have seriously damaged some equipment

and i would have trouble wondering why the speakers would not be giving out the 

the power it was made to produce. when i went to a club i could immediately tell that 

the amp was being over powered. we also looked at a few speakers to tell if they were series or parallel.
