It took me about 4 days to complete a thorough study of chapter 1. During such time, I spent copious hours, vigorously reading and re-reading while simultaneously taking notes of all the pertinent information I acquired. Firstly, all information considered important, I recorded into a small notebook for future reference and also utilized color coded placards to record information I was certain I would encounter in the chapter quizz. Certain parts of the sound and hearing theory were more complex than others for which I had to employ use of marker & board to draw diagrams and graphs to effectively understand key components of the study. I also referenced external websites along with a few related Youtube videos to further assist with my comprehension of the chapter. I am of a firm belief that I have effectively gained a wealth of insight on sound and hearing and I am ready to move on to subsequent chapters of the study.
