Between us, this chapter was pretty boring to me.  Might be a blast for some, but I feel it isn't for me.  Especially the later parts describing studio building.  Common sense would dictate that if you have the cash to custom build your own studio, even if it's just one or two big rooms, just save up a bit more and get professionals to build it for you.  Work smart, not hard.
