Week two just started and I got to watch another student record and touch up vocals for his album he is working on. I even got to help him record just a little bit of background vocals and he showed me how he works, I could tell the exact vibes he was going for in his songs. He actually has a great singing voice and seems very comfortable being in the studio doing things on his own. That gets me excited to figure out more about Pro Tools and Logic so I can mess around and start creating more on my own!

I began to download the bonus songs at the end of each chapter they give you to practice mixing a song, using Pro Tools. It has gotten me a little more familiar with the layout of workstation and an idea of how I can manipulate sounds.
