Chapter 3 which may have been my favorite meeting to date. Me and my mentor met up at another students studio which my mentor had helped him put together. We helped him use the sonar program, teaching him how to set up instruments in sonar. We also did a little bit of slight playing around in Pro Tools, nothing huge however. We went over the basics of sound proofing as my mentor helped the student to understand how to better his studio. My mentor then got in the booth, and I got the chance to record my first session! I had to do quite a lot with layering, and panning, I even learned how to insert some effects on vocals in the program we used. and in my opinion it was a great experience!
