Well its not much of an "exam." For most college student you're probably thinking that this is a full on test with questions and multichoice (A-E) and E being "none of the above." This is not the case. The final exam is what you have learned during your process of the Recording Connections from Lesson 1-19. WIth this exam you are given the questions to answer but that seems to be trivial to me personally. The real exam is how your mix sounds according to your mentor. Given the thumbs up for my mix, I felt the burst of confidence to continue doing what I enjoy doing of producing and mixing.
The whole experience of the Recording Connections, unfortunately for me, has been good and bad. With personal matters pushing me away from the studio and dragging out this 6-8 month course to over a year plus Im glad to say that its finally over. I would recommend RRFC to anyone who has a drive to put their "foot in the door" and wants to make a name for themselves in this industry.
