It's been a hectic week and I've gone to 4 sessions. The Electronic Heavy Metal group has yet to finish their songs and I've sat in on most of their sessions. We've been running their vocals through Fuzz and Distortion Pedals to get and interesting sound, and even though the genre isn't my favorite it sounds really interesting in a way. Also, I'm finally getting a grasp on Pro Tools and how everything works through this Sinewave Project as well. Tempted to use ableton for this project, I've stayed true to using only what Pro Tools has to offer and it's be tough. I've thrown the longer, consolidated sinewave into the sampler Ableton provides and have been playing around with different melodies on my keyboard and have been trying my best to recreate it in Pro Tools. With a vision in mind, I think my Sinewave project will actually turn out pretty nice!
