Automation can be very tricky to get things how you want them. Learning this chapter opened my eyes as to how my favorite bands have really cool effects in their music. Although I may not be using automation on a day to day basis in the studio, I have been able to run sessions with my mentor. It's a great opportunity to sit in the driver's seat and learn how to do things in the heat of the moment. You have to be confident in your knowledge and setup, and this program has done just that. Each day I become more confident in my abilities and my knowledge in the audio world.
