On Tuesday evening (Nov. 10th) I sat down and met with the head engineer of Engine Room Audio, Mike Bader. We went over the first chapter titled "Sound & Hearing" from the Basics in Audio Engineering textbook. It was an overview on the chapter we covered and discussing my understanding on the material with me seeing how important it is to understand these basic fundamentals. Relatively short but very informative nontheless. Its slow and steady pace but I'm really looking forward to getting more involved and to grasp as much knowledge that I possibly can. I'm excited to spending more time in the studio and eventually embedding myself in the observation sessions!
