I just finished chapter 15, this one was interesting. I endded up with a 71 on the chapter quiz but I still feel like I understand the lesson. I already knew what reverb and delay were because of Logic but I neevr went to in depth with them. I also didn't realize that the chorus effect is actually a doubling effect. I like how this chapter talked about all the different types of delays, like tape delay, echo, etc., but I wish that the book would have went more into the actualy delays on ProTools instead of saying how the actual delay type worked. Like with tape delay, the delay was decided on the play heads of the tape, but if I'm using a tape delay plug-in, I'm not going to have a tape reel in front of me. Joey should help me out though, he always come through when I don't understand something in the lessons. Only a few more to go!
