Im really happy now that I have my own copy of Pro Tools software. One thing I noticed was that it was very similar to most major daws in terms of some of the key commands and features. Like any software you must modify certain settings to get the best performance. I feel like in the long run you will really need to master the shortcuts to be efficient in the industry since they do speed up your workflow in a major way. At the end of the day, getting used to the interface and where everything will come with time and repetition. See You At The Finish Line.
