 faSso chapter 4 is all about connectivity!! Ive been exposed to alot of these cables and connections in the past, however I was missing many key points of knowledge. Balanced vs unbalanced cabled, what the actual specs for the many digital cables where i did not know. This is great knowledge to have. I am moving quickly through the text, as much of it I am familiar with, but mostly because I am hungy to learn and cant wait to start using protools and recording. I need to improve my musical abilities as well and I am teaching myself Theory on the side but it is slow going and I beleive having the abiily  record and play back what i am playing or singing will help me progress at a faster rate. Well im off to study some theory.
