This week I observed a set up for both an accoustic and electric guitar micing set up for a live guitar recording for an upcoming album. I was able to watch a guitarist named Ben, who is a touring guitar player come up with and play different accoustic and electric guitar parts for TJ's album. I also took place in setting up mics for a band playing drums, organ (B3), bass and electric guitar. I was able to observe the live recording of all instruments and the sequencing of the drums and other instrument tracks. The drummer was Sean from SNL.
