Through the first week of lessons and observation days, I was able to get in depth mixing tips from both my mentor, Mike and the observation of a former RCC particiapent Nacro in his mixing session. I was able to see how a professional mixer sets up and goes about mixing instruments and vocals based on client wants and the eningeers own observations about the mix. I was tought better to set up my mix sessions and different was to make instruments sit better in the mix around each other so they are not clashing with other instruments as much. Even through the intro to the lessons and the course I was able to get mixing and sessions tips from Mike.
