I retuned from a memorial at New Orleans late.  I got home at 2Aam.  My first session was at 11am that morning.  My mentor Alex (Bull City Stedios) told me to get some rest.  He iis htrue prooffecional.  I thanked him for lokking out for my well being and not just a student he tihs mentoring.
