          My name is Deshun a.k.a. Tall Boi, the CEO and founder of Tall Boi Entertainment.  Growing up in Los Angeles, I found music as not only an outlet, but an inspiration for me to be able to have a better way of life.  I started learning the business and was influenced by artist such as 2pac, Snoop Dog, Warren G, and Nate Dogg that all wrote and produced music that was relatable, real world lyrics. I moved to Northern California in 1995 and in 2001 I started my record label Tall Boi Entertainment.  Through diligent work and determination, my company now has over 18 recording artist with primarily a rap influence.  Some of my artists include Young Key, KC Royal, Da Almighty Von, Ray Leno, Fati Makini, Brockstar, K’Dog, Roil Dub, Doe, Solow, and Many more.  

     My artists have worked with over 50 mainstream recording artist from the Bay Area and Sacramento such as Messy Marv, Vita, San Quinn, J-Diggs, B-Luv, Matt Blaque, Lil June, Mozzy, Beeda Weeda, Crest Creepaz, and many more.  One of the things that we strive for at Tall Boi Entertainment is to maintain a standard of excellence on every song with a variety of different sounds on our albums. 

      My goal with Tall Boi Entertainment is to provide music to our supporters that can be an inspiration for them and to provide real music once again to a world that is seeing less and less of it.  Coming from the streets of Los Angeles, to being the CEO of my own company, I can tell you that there is nothing that can’t be accomplished if you put your mind to it.  I know my company will be unstoppable because I refuse to quit until it becomes an international sensation.
