Went over Lesson and went over different mics in studio, and touched on some of Joes favorites and go tos.  Learned different uses and importance of understanding how to get the best sound with what you have to work with.  Went over patch bay and got hands on practice routing to pre amps and compressors.  Practiced EQ with testing different levels and went over concept of it all.  Learned how to search for and find what im hearing in certain tracks and how to better understand what i can/want to do to mix track.  Worked in protools with autotune plug in and practiced using software.  Learning how to clean up tracks , and the importance of keeping sessios clean to maximize workflow and avoid future issues in mixing process.  Importance of recording things correctly and ideally is repeated over and over(for good reason)  Joe knows what hes doing.  Lucky to be learning from this dude.
