I was able to set up a small acoustic guitar session, in which I was able to learn alot. 

We used a small diaphgram condenser, a 414, and the SM7 on the singer.  We got some bleed from the singer into the 414, so we angled the microphone down from his projection a little bit and brought it closer to the guitar and that helped a lot with the bleed. We also used a DI and that was awesome as fas as getting a more colorful picture of the guitar. It was a really good experience to set up a session one on one and really get the full experience
