so im about half way through the class and i must say things are starting to get tense. But i like it because everything is getting really interesting and i am a lot more active than i was before. I was allowed to bring my gear in the studio this week and my teacher was giving me some pointers on PT11. it amazes me how fast he moves even on a more updated version than his daw. He is still using 8 and has no plans to make any upgrades for another few years. He showed me some cool reverb trick to get that cloudy space sound and i was was very intrigue with his techniques. I also had a chance to mess around on the digidesign c24 digital console. its a really nice piece of gear. I have my midterm and sinewave assignment due next week. time to start studying!
