I have been really enjoying working with ProTools, its nice to do some type of hands on work and to get the feel for using the program. I chose a rap song to mix and I think its going pretty well. I've been trying to mix it through my headphones because I dont have a legit stereo set-up. When I met up with Phil yesterday for a lesson we went over a few things and we plugged in my mix, and the bass was Verrrry heavy haha. It sounded really good in my headphones but that just goes to show how big of a difference it can make when you play it through a nice system.
