This week at the studio I was able to sit in on a recording session with a solo singer song writer. We recorded her guitar playing and then recorded her singing. I also was able to sit in on a pre production meeting with the drummer of a band. My mentor and him discussed the song they wanted to record and also discussed how they could make the recordings better than their previous recordings.
