If I'm gonna be honest, this was by far my least favorite chapter. Not because of the subject mater, that was great but because it was simply a glossary of terms and their corresponding definitions. Spending hours to read a definition of a word and write it in my notebook is probably the worst form of learning, at east for me anyway. The page or two they had on monitoring was fairly good information but weak in detail.
Even more questionable was the placement of this Chapter. I feel as though room acoustics and how ridiculously important they are for mixing would have been much better served to most people Prior to handing in their last Mix assignment.
