Now we all know that you aren't going to learn mastering from a book or in one chapter of a book.  This chapter was just a brief overview of what a Mastering Engineer does and how about he does it.  So in that regards, it was fine.  Mastering is a science, much like mixing but with some different parameters that only a lot of experience and the right set of ears and tools will be able to garnish the professional results.

I am very happy to be a Recording and Mixing Engineer and look forward to the day that I dive deeper into the world of Mastering.
