I am very much enjoying the course it's just what I needed I feel to start progressing in the direction I want. My mentor Cole is very knowledgeable and we clicked right away and have very similar tastes in music and styles. The lessons helped out a lot and I'm starting to get the hang of the online textbook the most recent lesson Recording and Editing MIDI was very informative and I learned a lot. It also increased my work flow as I came to a few conclusions during the lesson. In Ableton being a beginner I've mainly utilized audio files and minimal MIDI tracks. After the lesson it became apparent I wasn't using near enough MIDI as the lesson mentioned it came seem intimidating at first but it is indeed your friend. I can be much more creative with MIDI now than before as well. Each visit to the studio is becoming more in depth but mainly more fun I'm enjoying the course and the studio quite a bit and look forward to the rest of my experience!
