How ya'll doin'? I'm feelin' pretty good. I'm still a little behind on my blog. I just took the Chapter 13 test & honestly I'm dissapointed in myself because I got a 73! I was feelin' confident going in but I guess I didn't study enough. There goes my streak of all As... but oh well; I'll just have to make sure & do better next time. Things have gone real well since the last time I wrote in here. Last Friday (7/31/15) I joined Doug at the Majestic Theatre in West Springfield, MA to set up a show for a duop band. It was a real good learning experience. He showed me exactly how he set everything up & we chopped it up about being a live sound enginner & the problems that can arise. I'm also supposed to get with him this Sunday at Stanley Park in my hometown of Westfield, MA but the weather might not hold up so the show's looking a little iffy. If it does get cancelled, we'll head back to the studio which is fine with me! My hip-hop duo, The Hashassins, got the opportunity to perform also last week! We did a little 20 minute set out in Pelham, New Hampshire at a venue called Carlo Rose Cigar Bar & Lounge. It wasn't the biggest crowd but we had a great time, rocked our set & made a few connections with some very talented local artists & producers! We're booked for another show there on September 18th & I'm looking foward to that as well. There was a photographer there & they were supposed to post some pictures of us on their website but it hasn't been done yet unfortunately or else I'd post them here! But I do have one of myself & my hip-hop partner, William Wallace. Until next time ya'll, peace & love!
