This time Jeff and I went in to the live room and discussed various miking techniques on setting up drums. Its cool how I now know and can identify the different mics in the studio and know why and what they are used for. I'm learning a lot and am using this knowledge with my own recording system and the covers and songs a friend and I are doing are sounding better and better with each week!

Had a good session about the Pro Tools chapter! Finished my 30 second song in the studio by taking my clip and making a sort of a synth sound then using a sampler with also plugging in a midi recorded some synth!
