Last weeks lesson was on automation. I knew a bit about it already from using FL studio. I often automate filters and mods on synth plugins that I bring up with the fruity wrapper. I learned that automating things in pro tools isn't much different. You just select what you want to automate and it shows you in the edit window, instead of bringing up a seperate window like in FL studio. When I went into the studio for my lesson, Tom showed me how to automate any knob in a synth plugin by creating a link to it that i can pull up in the edit window and draw the automation. He also showed me how to use the air delay plugin.
I worked on my midi project when I whent into the studio last week to intern.
