This week was about EQ and what exactly it is used for. It seems like the next fews lessons use what I've learned before and go more in depth with them and how they work in Pro Tools. It's like a breakdown and more in detail look of what has been discussed, only this time I get to see it in Pro Tools and hear the outcome. We discussed the different EQ plug-ins in Pro Tools and what exactly you would use each for. Brett really broke it down for me and made it really easy for me to understand. Before I had a sense of what EQ does, but this past week I really got the understanding. We even used a few plug-ins on some tracks to look at the differences, before and after EQ was used. It was a good lesson and helped me learn more about an idea that I already knew briefly about.
