This week has been quite busy as Len had a country artist out of Dauphin Manitoba, come in with some recordings of his songs. The recordings were pretty rough and needed a lot of work. The first day I watched Len make samples, re-allign tracks, eq and compress each track, etc. The next day Len had me do some of the work. He walked me through bouncing tracks that were compressed into the mix, alligning tracks, and adding a few plug ins on the vocal tracks. The editing and mixing is still in the works. Each song that has been worked through, edited and mixed went from very bad sounding into amazing, professional high end songs.
