This week me and my mentor Ted worked on one of my beats on pro tools he was showing me the basic controls and how pro tools works. We started to work on the mix of my beat adding reverbs, eq's, compressors etc. I noticed alot of simmilarities in fl studio so picking up on some of the controls came alot easier then expected. Ted also explained alot of the history of pro tools to me, how it started, when it became big, the first hit songs and artists, and also what it was designed for. He gave me a pretty clear introduction to pro tools and how to get started on it.
