This week in the studio most of the focous was put towards how important it is to have your speakers set up properly and directed with as much percision as possible at the mixing seat. Also how important it is to have the right size speakers in the room you are in because if you have too big of speakers you could be picking up a boost in the low end because of the clutter and build up of low frequency molecules in the air generated by the speakers. He also gave me many tips of how to stop build up and how to set up my studio in a correct manner for mixing.
