The program has been awesome so far! I am a big fan of how the course work has been layed out in the textbook, I am currently starting unit 4 on connectivity. My mentor Brent has given me a lot of insight on how to get the best sound out of my recordings using mic placement. We have also spent a lot of time focused on mixing and how to work the sound board and recording tools. I just got the chance to help record a local victoria jazz artist the other day. I was super stoked to get the chance to help set up and participate in the recording. It was awesome to see how the whole recording process works.
