This chapter helped me a alot. i have been looking at buying a new vocal mic for a while and this helped me figure out which one to buy pretty immediately. I knew about frequency response prior to this chapter but this definitely added to my knowlage. The other thing i really liked about this chapter is that it gave me a little history on the mics and what theyre used for.
